The Gore X-Running Windstopper Active Shell Running Jacket combines a host of technologies to keep the distance runner comfortable during trying conditions. Constructed from a WINDSTOPPER® Active Shell, the jacket offers total windproofness, breathability and water-resistance to offer unparalleled comfort, in any conditions. A Napoleon pocket with zip closure serves as a useful storage space for keys or media devices, with a smaller pocket inside. Whilst reflective elements on both the front and back of the jacket ensure you remain visible in low-light conditions. Constructed from stretch inserts and ultrasonic seams, the jacket increases your freedom of movement whilst minimising friction and irritation allowing for a more comfortable, focused run. The jacket's zip utilises a semi-lock feature, which secures the slider in place reducing the potential for unwanted movement, whilst a flap located on the jacket's neck provides a useful zip-port that adds additional support of this feature. The shoulder and hip regions have been reinforced with an abrasion-resistant fabric that allows the wearer to carry a rucksack without the worry that the jacket's material will suffer from wear-and-tear. Further reinforcements have been added in the form of abrasion-resistant tape on the shoulder seams to serve a similar purpose whilst fortifying the jacket's general construction.
